I Keep Getting “Save Document Failed” Error in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla on Ubisoft


I’m experiencing constant issues while playing Ubisoft Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Nearly every time I try to save my progress, I get a “Save Document Failed” warning. On top of that, the game frequently freezes, making it nearly unplayable. These problems are extremely frustrating, especially for a game I paid good money for and expected better performance from.
I attempted to report the issue through Ubisoft’s official website, but the support page keeps crashing or showing errors, making it impossible to submit a complaint. They suggest using Discord for assistance, but since Discord access is restricted in my country, that’s not a viable option either.
Ubisoft needs to urgently address this issue. I deserve to play the game without interruptions, and I also expect to receive customer support when I face a problem. Right now, I’m stuck with a faulty game and zero help. I request a proper fix for both the save error and freezing problem, and an accessible support channel for users like me.
