Uber Invoice Problem

Hello, I took an Uber from Berlin airport on March 27, 2013, for 63 euros, but it does not appear in my previous trips, and I have not received an invoice. I need an invoice to be submitted to the company. When we arrived at the hotel, the driver mentioned that the amount had not appeared on his phone, so I checked my phone and paid in cash. When I arrived at the hotel, the Uber app called up another driver as if I were still at the airport. When the driver called me, I immediately canceled it from the app. I had already arrived at the hotel with the other uber and paid 63 euros in cash. Because this trip does not appear in the application, I will not receive an invoice. We even texted the driver who picked me up about the application point I was waiting for. I need an invoice in order to receive payment from my company.
