Damaged Baggage In Turkish Airlines - Not Even Any Response

On 28 May, I flew with Turkish Airlines on flight TK2646 from Istanbul to Elazığ, and my baggage was delivered to me damaged. The suitcase was almost new, When I picked it up at the airport, I saw that one corner of the suitcase was totally damaged. I went to the airport staff to report the issue, but I was told that since the suitcase was still “usable” they could not write a damage report. The personnel even forced the damaged corner to make it appear repaired, but this only caused more visible scars and made the suitcase look even worse. As a result, I was not given an official report despite the clear damage. My expectation from Turkish Airlines is that the damage to my suitcase be taken seriously and that I be provided with an appropriate solution, such as proper repair at their expense or a replacement for the damaged suitcase. I request that this issue be re-evaluated and that I be compensated for the damage caused during the flight.
