Turkcell Line Cannot Be Reached By Other Operators Despite Fee

I have been using my Turkcell mobile line for about two months and since the first day other operators have not been able to call me. I am usually in Yalova city center and in this area people using other operators cannot reach me at all, which causes serious communication problems. Because of this issue I contacted Turkcell customer services and was directed to the store, while the store again directed me back to customer services. Despite repeatedly explaining the same problem, no permanent solution was provided. I was informed that the problem would be solved if I paid a line renewal fee, and based on this promise I paid ₺180. However, even after this payment, the problem still persists and other operators still cannot reach me. I request that my line problem, which has been ongoing since I started using Turkcell, be resolved as soon as possible and that I can be reached from other operators without interruption. I also expect a clear technical explanation as to why the problem has not been resolved despite my payment and repeated applications.

I am a Turkcell postpaid line user. I use the line with number 05********* on my iPhone 16 Plus, and for about two months I have been unable to receive calls from operators other than Turkcell. Only Turkcell lines can reach me; when I am called from other operators, my phone does not ring at all and the caller cannot get through to me.

During this period I have called Turkcell customer service repeatedly, but each time I was stalled and no clear solution was offered. Customer service directed me to a dealer; when I went to the dealer, they said the line had been cut and performed a line replacement, for which I paid an additional fee. Yet the problem did not improve in any way. Customer service keeps sending me back to the dealer, and the dealer sends me back to customer service, leaving me caught between the two, while the issue remains unresolved.

I pay my bill regularly for an active line, but because I cannot be reached from other operators I am not getting the value for the money I pay. I demand that this issue be examined in detail technically and resolved permanently without further delay, and that my line be made reachable from all operators without problems.

I have been experiencing a serious problem with my Turkcell postpaid line for about two months. People on other operators besides Turkcell cannot call me, and calls never come through to me. I got the line a year ago, have been actively using it for about two months, and I think this issue has been ongoing since then. I have called customer service repeatedly for this issue. The first time I spoke with them, they directed me to a store. When I went to the store, they said the SIM card was scratched and needed to be replaced, and I paid a fee for the replacement. Despite that, the problem was not resolved at all. Later, when I called customer service again, they said they would perform a line update and kept dropping the line. They did this repeatedly, and I realized they were only saying this to stall. When they offered the update, I refused, because I saw it did nothing. The 4–5 different representatives I spoke with did the same and disconnected the line; only one representative created a ticket and actually tried to help, yet the problem still persists. I am currently paying for a non-working operator and I'm tired of calling every week about the same complaint. Customer service finally told me that I need to discuss this issue with the other operators. However, I specifically pointed out that the callers cannot reach me, meaning this network-side problem originates from Turkcell and must be resolved by Turkcell. Despite that, I received no answer other than “you will have to wait”. I want Turkcell to urgently and permanently resolve the issue of calls from other operators not reaching my line. I have been suffering for a long time and now I expect a definitive solution, not any more delaying temporary measures.
