Unable To Withdraw Funds, Funds Got Stuck
I use the Trust Wallet browser extension on Chrome to manage my Solana funds, and for some time now I have been unable to access my wallet properly and therefore cannot withdraw my Solana. When I click on the Trust Wallet extension, it asks me for my password, but the moment I enter the correct password the extension immediately shuts down and closes itself. This happens every time, so I cannot open the extension interface, view my balance, or make any withdrawal or transaction. As a result, my Solana is effectively stuck in the wallet. Despite this access problem, on the 26th of this month there was an unauthorized transfer of 32 Solana from my Trust Wallet account without my knowledge or consent. I did not initiate or approve this transaction, and I am deeply concerned about the security of my wallet and how such a transfer could occur while I am unable to properly access the extension myself. I have seen Trust Wallet’s security announcement regarding the browser extension and the update from version 2.68 to 2.69, and despite this, I am still facing this problem on my Chrome extension and cannot use my funds safely. I contacted Trust Wallet support by email about this situation but after my last message I have not received any response. I request that this technical and security problem with the Trust Wallet Chrome extension be investigated urgently, that my access to the wallet be restored without any further loss of funds, that the unauthorized transfer of 32 Solana on the 26th be fully examined, and that my funds be recovered or compensated and my account secured so that I can use Trust Wallet safely again.
