Trust Wallet Shows Transfer Complete, Funds Still Not Credited
On Friday, January 3, at approximately 3:01 p.m., I transferred $34 USD from my İş Bankası account to a Trust Wallet IBAN address. I have the transaction receipts, and the transfer appears as “completed” both on the İş Bankası side and in my Trust Wallet account.
This money was sent through Trust Wallet to be transferred to a betting website I am connected to. However, the amount does not appear in my Trust Wallet account or in my betting site account. In other words, even though the transaction shows as completed in the system, the money was never actually credited and is currently unaccounted for.
I reported the issue via email, but I have not received any response. I cannot get any information about where my money is, and I cannot find anyone to contact. Because of this, I am in a very difficult situation and do not know what to do.
I request that it be urgently investigated at which stage the $34 USD transfer is stuck, that the amount be credited to my account as soon as possible, and that I be provided with a clear written explanation.
