My Trust Wallet to Binance Transfer of 2,242 USDT Delayed

My increasing dissatisfaction and worry over a cryptocurrency transfer I started from Trust Wallet to Binance TR has prompted me to write this letter. I still haven't seen the 2,242 USDT that I sent six days ago in my Binance TR account.
I can attach the suspicious email that I received, but it says I need to have the same balance in my Binance account for the accounts to be matched, which further complicates things. Moreover, they insisted that I transfer money to a "secure wallet" that they supplied.
It seems to me that this request is very strange and could be an attempt at fraud. The security of my original transfer and the veracity of this email exchange greatly worry me.
