I’m writing this as a last resort after being completely ignored by Trust Wallet's support team for months. On September 11, 2024, I transferred ₺13,794.48 from my Nkolay account via Aktif Bank to OKX crypto exchange, converted it into USDT, and sent 390 USDT to my Ethereum address on Trust Wallet (0x80d7B3494e4D6D778E42****5Ca7014805). Not long after, my funds were illegally transferred without my consent through an unauthorized smart contract connected to a fraudulent platform called Fengum.com.
Despite sending multiple emails and opening several support tickets on Trust Wallet’s official site, I never received a real response. Either they completely ignored me or gave vague template replies like, "Contact law enforcement." There was no investigation, no refund—nothing helpful at all.
I didn’t authorize any transfer to another wallet. This was all done via a malicious Web3 dApp that drained my balance using a smart contract exploit, which Trust Wallet failed to warn me about or block. By September 18, 2024, the amount had increased to $430, and that entire balance was taken from my wallet without permission.
The worst part? Trust Wallet refuses to take any accountability, even though this happened on their platform. They offer no real-time support, no proactive fraud detection, and no recovery system. I believe they are either grossly negligent or complicit in enabling scam operations through their platform.
I demand a full refund of my $430 USDT immediately. Trust Wallet must acknowledge this breach and compensate me for my loss. Ignoring users who’ve lost money on your platform is unacceptable. Step up and fix this now!
