I Can’t Reach Trust Wallet Support or Fix Basic Wallet Recovery Issues
I’m deeply disappointed with the level of support and functionality provided by Trust Wallet. Despite the numerous complaints from users, it seems no one is listening, and there is no real support team to talk to. How can an app that handles such sensitive and valuable information be this unresponsive?
There are glaring issues in the system. Even basic features like changing wallet passwords or recovering using seed phrases are overly complicated and not user-friendly. These actions should be easy and secure to perform directly within the app—but they’re not.
Worse, even when I tried reaching out via email for help, no one ever responded. The app’s interface is missing essential features, and there’s no one to take responsibility when things go wrong.
If we, the users, are truly in control of our assets, then Trust Wallet must ensure we can easily manage and secure our accounts. Otherwise, where’s the safety in a "self-custody" wallet? I demand immediate improvements to wallet recovery features and a functional support system.
