Troy Refuses Return of Faulty Charger and Cable
I bought a charger and a cable from the Apple store in Troy Capitol. Once I got the products, I quickly threw away the packaging and started using them. But then I quickly realized that the cable wasn't working; it didn't charge. I reached out to Getir to set up a return for the item that was defective, and I explained the situation to them. They said they talked to someone from Apple Troy who said they couldn't return it because the package was damaged. Dealing with this issue has been a major letdown for me. It's really disappointing to see that a well-known brand like Apple doesn't provide good customer service or take responsibility for its actions. It's really frustrating when they won't take back a broken product, and it makes me wonder if they really care about keeping their customers happy. I'll keep a close eye on this to see if they fix the problem, but right now, I feel like they've ignored my consumer rights.
