Apple Beats Wireless Earbuds Failures
I purchased wireless in-ear headphones from Beats, and within the first month, they malfunctioned. I handed them over to the Troy service center. Despite having a year left on the warranty, the Apple Troy service claimed that they replaced the headphones three times because they were "brand new" each time. However, after 5-6 uses in each instance, they either won't charge, won't turn off, won't turn on, or won't reset. It's a disgrace to pay for such poor quality. Apple has replaced faulty products three times, and with each replacement lasting only a few uses, they've essentially nullified the warranty. As a consumer, I fail to understand why I should bear the burden of Apple's mistakes.
