On 18/09/2025 at the Troy Apple Premium Partner store in İzmir Agora Mall, I specifically asked for an original Apple case, but instead of the genuine product, I was given a “Buff” brand case without any proper explanation. This misleading practice caused me inconvenience, and when I raised the issue, the sales representative, Ö*** C***, continued to act rudely and unprofessionally. Although the assistant manager eventually replaced the product, the inappropriate behavior of the sales representative persisted, which I find unacceptable for a brand like Troy.
