Troy Refused to Replace My Cracked iPhone 16 Camera Protector
On 15.06.2025, I purchased an iPhone 16, a screen protector, a camera protector, and a charger from Troy. All the transactions were handled by Mr. O***. While the effort shown during the sale was notable, I was disappointed not to see the same level of support when I returned two days later because the camera protector had cracked and fallen off. When I visited the store again on 21.06.2025, another staff member informed me that the product was not under warranty and that they could not assist me. I kindly request that the camera protector be replaced or that a refund be issued.
