Trivago Hotel Stay Ruined by Loud Music and Construction

While staying at Sirkeci Park Hotel on the night of June 20–22, I experienced a serious noise problem that made my stay unbearable. A wedding and party at the neighboring hotel continued with loud music until around 1:00–2:00 a.m., and there was also construction work taking place inside the hotel itself. Because of the constant noise, I was unable to rest or get any sleep during my stay.

I reported the issue to the front desk and hotel management, but instead of receiving help, I was treated with an extremely disrespectful attitude. The staff showed no interest in resolving the problem and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner. I even overheard employees discussing me with staff from the neighboring hotel, which made me feel embarrassed, disrespected, and completely disregarded as a guest.

I booked this hotel through Trivago. At no point during the booking process or at check-in was I informed about the wedding noise next door or the construction taking place inside the hotel. If these ongoing disturbances were already known to the hotel, failing to disclose them to guests was misleading and unacceptable. I no longer expect anything from the hotel itself. I am sharing this complaint so that my experience is recognized and to warn future guests who may otherwise book this property without being informed of these conditions.
