Trendyol Canceled My Philips LatteGo Coffee Machine Order Without Notice

On November 2, 2025, I placed an order for a Philips LatteGo Coffee Machine through Trendyol (Order No: 10649571739). My order was canceled the next day, on November 3, 2025, without any prior notice. When I contacted customer service, I was told the order was canceled due to a pricing error. However, despite completing my purchase and payment, the order was canceled without any explanation, which caused me inconvenience. The payment amount was refunded to me. To prevent similar issues and ensure customer satisfaction, I request that my product be sent again at the original price I paid.
