I ordered the Philips 5400 Series EP5447/90 Fully Automatic Coffee Machine twice, separately on March 12th and March 19th, as part of promotional campaigns on Trendyol. However, I've encountered significant issues with both orders.
Regarding the March 12th order from the seller 'Gardenya', there has been no progress whatsoever. Since then, the status has remained at 'your order is being prepared,' but it seems unlikely to be shipped and will probably be canceled somehow.
As for the March 19th order from the seller 'Ankı Tasarım', I was contacted by the seller and informed that they do not sell coffee machines; instead, they specialize in jewelry. They stated that Trendyol mistakenly directed my order to them and advised me to contact Trendyol to cancel the order.
In both cases, the payment was deducted from my credit card. Furthermore, since I opted for installment payments, any refunds would need to be returned to my card in installments. Additionally, I did not explore discounts on other platforms as I had already placed my order, resulting in potential savings being missed.
Although Trendyol may have erroneously listed this product on an unrelated seller's page, I placed and paid for my order. Now, I expect them to either fulfill my order at the same price or compensate for the inconvenience in some way. Thank you.
