Trendyol's Unjust Termination of My Contract

On August 22, 2025, my Trendyol store, “Can’s Tic,” was unjustly closed on the allegation of selling counterfeit products. I have been operating my store on Trendyol since 2021, and I have never sold counterfeit products; all of my products are invoiced. The allegation of counterfeit products, which was provided as the reason for the closure, relates to an original product I sold a few years ago that had a barcode. At that time, I submitted the product documentation, and it was accepted by Trendyol. It is now incomprehensible that the same product is being questioned again and raised against me. Although there was only a single violation allegation in my store, my store was abruptly assigned 48 violation points without any prior warning, resulting in its closure. As my store has been completely closed, I have suffered a financial loss of approximately ₺2 million. In addition, my access to the account balance and payments was blocked for three months. During this period, the delay in payments caused me serious financial and emotional damage. I request that my store be reopened and that the damages I have suffered be remedied.
