Trendyol Sent Me A4 Papers Instead of 15 Kg Dog Food and Ignored My Complaints

I ordered a 15 kg bag of dog food from 'AKN Virtual Market' on Trendyol, but today I received A4 papers instead. This is completely unacceptable. I cannot reach the seller, and Trendyol seems to have lost control over its platform. Almost every product sold appears to be fake, and the sellers are increasingly unreliable. I have reported the issue through Trendyol’s customer service, but I have not received any proper response or resolution so far. This level of negligence is making me question whether it is safe to shop on this platform at all. The Prada sunglasses I ordered from you turned out to be counterfeit, and the Royal Canin dog food I purchased two months ago was also fake. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be resolved immediately.
