Trendyol Sent Me a Product With Faulty Screws and Refused to Provide Support
I bought a product from Trendyol, but it had faulty screws, so I can't put it together. Some screws worked just fine, but others didn’t fit at all, which stopped me from putting the item together. I had already waited a long time for the delivery and really needed the product for my business, so returning it just wasn’t an option. I contacted customer service, hoping to get help or a replacement for the broken screws. But they told me to go ahead and file a complaint on their public complaint page, so everyone can check out the issue. This method seemed unprofessional and not useful since I was just looking for a solution, not to be in the spotlight. I tried hard to get help, but I ended up with no support at all, and now I’m left with something I can’t use.
