Trendyol Sold Me a Faulty Steam Cleaner That Broke During First Use


I bought a steam cleaner from Trendyol, and the head broke during the first use, while steam started leaking from the water cap during the second use. Why are these malfunctions happening as early as the second use? I contacted Trendyol customer service, but I didn’t receive any helpful response. It feels like once the product is sold, no one takes responsibility. Are we really supposed to say it's just that bad? Honestly, I’m fed up. I gifted it twice, and both times parts were missing—one even had poor craftsmanship. So what should we do in situations like this?
