Trendyol Sells Me a Fake Philips Laser Hair Removal Device

I purchased a Philips laser hair removal device through Trendyol for ₺13,000, and I still have the invoice. After using it without any issues for about five months, the device malfunctioned, so I contacted the authorized service center. Upon inspection, the service determined that the product was counterfeit and issued a report confirming this. When I informed Trendyol customer service about the situation, I was told that the seller, named “my bayan,” was no longer active on the platform, and therefore no action could be taken. I was also informed that I had the right to pursue legal action to resolve the matter. I received the product at my address in İzmir/Bornova, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. Since I am unable to reach the seller and have not received any support from Trendyol, I have been left in a difficult situation. It is unacceptable that a ₺13,000 product turned out to be counterfeit. I request a full refund.
