Trendyol Refrigerator Purchase: Faulty Product and Pickup Delays

I bought a refrigerator through Trendyol, but it arrived defective, so I requested a return. Trendyol informed me that Borusan Logistics would handle the pickup. However, I’ve been waiting for over 10 days with no resolution. Despite promises, Borusan keeps rescheduling—calling at 9:00 AM to say they’re on the way, only to cancel later in the day, claiming vehicle issues.
This endless back-and-forth has caused significant financial and emotional stress. I cannot waste more time sitting at home waiting for a pickup that never happens. It’s unacceptable that neither Trendyol nor Borusan takes responsibility for resolving this promptly. I demand immediate action to retrieve the faulty product and issue a full refund.
