The Digitsu DB70 66-liter minibar refrigerator I purchased from Trendyol on September 5 was delivered to my address by Horoz Logistics with its front glass broken. I informed the delivery personnel about the damage, but they said, “Create a return request; we can’t take it back right now,” and left the product. That same day, I created a return request through Trendyol and received multiple return codes. I also contacted the seller and explained the situation, and Trendyol approved my return request. However, for nearly two months, Horoz Logistics has not come to collect the product and has made no attempt to contact me. Despite repeatedly calling customer service, I haven’t been able to reach anyone. My order number is 10480241769. I paid ₺6,400 for this product and was left with a broken item. I request that the product be picked up from my address immediately and that my refund be processed without further delay.
