On 24.03.2025, I placed an order on Trendyol with the shipment number 7330022457283208. The package arrived at the local branch in my city on 27.03.2025. That same day, I received a call from +90 (850) 759 15 15 informing me that they couldn’t deliver it to my address and would leave it at the closest location where Trendyol usually delivers. I provided the name of the market where Trendyol Express regularly drops off my packages. The customer representative confirmed this and said I would receive the package the next day. However, when I called again on 28.03.2025, I was told the shipment was marked for return. It turns out they didn’t want to make the effort because the usual drop-off point was a bit far for them, so they simply sent the package back.
