Trendyol Delayed My Order for 5 Days Then Returned It Without My Request

I placed an order from Trendyol "Harmony Giyim" on October 4, and the product got stuck at a branch for 5 days. Despite contacting the Trendyol assistant every day, I was repeatedly told to wait. Finally, without my request, they initiated a return process. Not only did I not receive the product, but I also lost valuable time, and the price of the item has now increased. This caused me financial loss. If Trendyol had contacted the branch in time, I wouldn’t have been in this situation. I even called to request compensation, but all I received was an apology, nothing more. They could have delivered the product or provided a coupon to purchase it at the original price. This is unacceptable for Trendyol, and their customer satisfaction is non-existent. All they do is apologize.
