Trendyol Lowered the Price of the Dress I Bought Right After I Placed My Order
Yesterday, I ordered a dress from the seller named Lovely İstanbul on the Trendyol online shopping site. Including shipping, I paid a total of ₺624.98, and the product has already been shipped. It’s currently in transit. However, when I checked the same store again today, I saw that the exact same dress was now listed at ₺441.72, including shipping. How can such a drastic price difference happen overnight? Why does this happen? This situation is truly shameful and far from ethical. I don’t know if it’s legal, but as a consumer, I lost ₺183.26 in less than 24 hours. Am I expected to return the product just to buy it again at a lower price? Even the shipping costs eventually fall on the seller. I don’t think this is moral, even if it is legal, and unfortunately, some sellers shamelessly engage in such unethical behavior. It’s truly a pity.
