Trendyol Ignores Customer After Wrong Delivery




I placed an order for a laptop via the Trendyol website (from Inan Mall Company) on 08/02/2014, but on 12/08/24, instead of the laptop, I received herbal tea. I promptly informed Trendyol about the issue. Many customers, including myself, who ordered items like laptops, PlayStations, and tablets, received empty boxes or herbal tea. Trendyol requested I wait for three days. The company's ads were up for a day, then they disappeared from the site. Today marks the end of our 72-hour wait period. Trendyol messaged me, expressing regret that they couldn't provide the new product or part, and suggested I initiate the refund process through Trendyol Assistant. I requested a refund code to at least get my money back, but now they're asking for an invoice. The company has vanished, and I'm told to wait four more days for an invoice. What invoice? Why am I waiting? Frankly, I have no idea. All I wanted was to buy a laptop. They could have asked for a different preference or sent a replacement for customer satisfaction. This isn't like receiving a small-sized T-shirt instead of a large one, it's a laptop order turned into herbal tea. Trendyol has become a regret for me. I demand that my issue be resolved promptly by speaking with a customer representative instead of messaging.
