Trendyol Fails to Deliver Complete Wardrobe


Ordered two wardrobes from Trendyol to complete my setup, but one arrived missing screws! I even paid extra for assembly, and despite filing a report for missing parts, no action's been taken. Trendyol automatically refunded the missing item, but hasn't sent a replacement. It's been three days, and I'm still waiting for the parts. To add insult to injury, I discovered that Minar Mobilya, the brand behind the product, raised the price by ₺3250 since my purchase! How can they justify this hike when they can't even provide basic hardware? Now I'm stuck with no solution in sight. Trendyol, fix this mess – you're ruining my moving day! 🚚
Trendyol even sent an email as if mocking me. They said to deliver the product to the courier in its original packaging, etc. Your assembly company, Montajix, left everything in a complete mess. Am I supposed to package a half-ton piece of furniture?
With the support of Trendyol, we reached Minar Furniture and obtained the missing material. Although it was late, my problem was resolved thanks to Şikayet Var. Thank you.
