Trendyol Failed to Ensure My Order Delivery After Aras Kargo Returned It Twice

Trendyol’s post-sale service is nonexistent. I bought a product on November 1, and on Saturday, Aras Kargo brought it near my home. Since I was alone at home and unable to assist, they took the package back. On Monday, they claimed they attempted delivery but took it back, saying the address was incorrect and told me to “come pick it up yourself.” I contacted Trendyol, and they assured me they would handle it and send it out for delivery again. I trusted them and waited. On November 6, 2024, I followed up, only to find out the product had been returned. Responsibility should extend not just to shipping the item but to making sure it reaches the customer. I’m sharing this to inform others. If possible, I suggest dealing directly with the store.
