Bestway Hydraforce Sup Paddle Board Burst After Only Two Uses


I purchased the Bestway Hydraforce SUP paddle board from the seller frocx on Trendyol with order number 10436783059. After receiving the product, my children used it briefly in the pool during the first use. On the second use, when we took it to the sea, the product burst at the seams. In total, we only used it twice, fully in line with the user manual and without any contact with sharp objects. Following the issue, I submitted a return request through Trendyol, marking it as a “defective product.” However, the seller rejected my request, claiming user error. Yet the product is still under warranty, and the 15-day return period had not expired. It is unacceptable for a product to malfunction in such a short time with so little use. I request both a refund and an exchange to resolve my grievance.
