Trainline sent me an email but I lost the booking reference, how can I recover my ticket?

Trainline says that if you lose your ticket reference, you should first log in to your account and look at "My Bookings" or "My Trips." Any bookings you made while logged in should be there.
If you booked as a friend or can't find it in your account, check your inbox and spam/junk folders for a message. The booking reference is in the confirmation email.
If you still can't find the email or the reservation in your account, go to Trainline's help page and call their customer service.
They can find your reservation by your name, trip date, payment information, or email address.
If not, file a complaint on Xolvie to find support.
