A total of two incorrect charges of €39.95 were taken from our Visa account by Tracelo for tracking my mobile phone. After that, an additional 16 incorrect charges of €0.62 and €0.63 were also applied. I kindly request a refund of the unfairly deducted amount of €49.95 to my Visa account.
