I want Tracelo to refund the money that was taken from my account—$39.95 and $19.95 are two transactions that I did not authorize. That is why I demand that Tracelo return the money, as it was intended for something else and I neither authorized nor signed for that transaction. Please cancel any contract I may have with Tracelo.
