Tracelo Charged My Card $22 Without My Authorization

When I checked the transactions on my Yapı Kredi Bank Hisarönü Branch debit card on September 13, 2026, I noticed charges with “tracelo-HELP.com” and “epos tracelo.com” listed in the transaction descriptions. There were four transactions made on my card: 25.99 TL at 21:35:52 on September 12, 2026, another 25.99 TL at 21:35:53, another 25.99 TL at 21:36:17, and 981.98 TL at 22:37:23 on September 13, 2026, for a total of approximately $22.

Neither I nor anyone in my family knowingly accessed this company’s website, started a membership or subscription, or purchased any service. We did not intentionally visit the website, share our card information anywhere, or give explicit authorization for any payment to this company. Despite this, four charges were made to my card without my knowledge or consent for the amounts listed above.

I request a detailed investigation into why and how these transactions were processed, a clear written explanation regarding these charges, and a full refund of all amounts charged without my authorization. I also request that any membership or subscription created in my name through this company be canceled immediately and that no further charges be made to my card under any circumstances.

I respectfully request that the necessary checks be carried out immediately regarding these unauthorized and unapproved transactions, that I be informed of the outcome, and that my financial loss be fully addressed.
