Toshiba TV Screen Light Bleeding Issue Worsens Despite Warranty

I have a 65-inch Toshiba UA 65 television that has developed severe screen light bleeding and LED backlighting issues. The product is still under warranty. Instead of improving over time, the problem has progressively worsened and spread across a larger area of the screen. It is particularly noticeable during dark scenes and when displaying black images. I am also attaching photographs to my complaint to document the issue.
I have taken my television to an authorized service center three times for the exact same problem. However, on each occasion, the television was returned to me with the explanation that “there is no problem.” Despite this, the light bleeding and screen glare have continued to worsen. It has become increasingly clear that the television no longer delivers the picture quality it had when it was new and that the defect is spreading. The service center's claim that “there is no problem” does not make the physically visible screen defect disappear, and this situation has caused me considerable inconvenience.
I expect Toshiba's representatives to ensure that my television receives a thorough and objective inspection by an authorized technical team this time, that the records of the three previous service visits are reviewed, and that the problem is permanently resolved. Since the product is still under warranty, I request that this issue be resolved to my satisfaction. If the defect cannot be repaired, I demand a replacement under warranty or the application of my other statutory consumer rights.
Otherwise, I intend to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and exercise my legal rights. As a consumer who has already sent the product for service three times, I no longer expect another response saying “there is no problem.” I expect a concrete and lasting solution. I urge Toshiba to address this matter immediately and resolve my grievance as soon as possible.
