Toshiba TV Keeps Freezing, Lagging, and Shutting Down

I purchased a 65-inch Toshiba television, and I have seriously regretted my decision ever since. It struggles to connect to the internet properly, and even navigating through the channels is frustrating. The TV constantly freezes, lags, and shuts down on its own. I experience these same problems almost every time I turn it on.

I purchased the television last year from a store inside Ada AVM. Since I do not want to keep dealing with a television that cannot even perform basic functions properly, I have not yet contacted the service center. Instead, I decided to submit my complaint directly through this platform.

I no longer want to use this television, and I have lost confidence in this brand's products. Since the television is defective, I demand that it be replaced with a new one.
