Avatar Life Unfair Account Ban and Request for Review
My Avatar Life account was closed unfairly, and I strongly disagree with how this situation was handled. If I had committed any rule violation, the fair approach would have been to issue a short-term warning ban—maybe a week at most. Instead, my account was given a 1-year ban, which I find extremely harsh and unreasonable.
I have been a regular player who actively follows your packages and promotions and even makes frequent in-game purchases. As a loyal customer, I expected fair treatment, not a punishment that feels completely disproportionate.
I respectfully request that this decision be reviewed and reconsidered. If I truly committed a rule violation, then close my account entirely—but if not, I ask that you reduce the ban or restore access to my account. Please show flexibility and fairness, especially toward players who support the game consistently.
