I Earn No Points in Toluna’s Explorer & Detective Games Despite Playing Successfully
I’ve been a registered user on the Toluna app for quite a while. Although there are occasional issues with accessing surveys, I’ve generally considered it a decent platform—until I participated in their special campaigns, particularly “Explorer Toluna” and “Detective Toluna.” These so-called mini-games are completely misleading and feel like a scam.
At the beginning of the “Explorer” game, I was awarded 200 points, which gave me hope that points would continue as long as I performed well. However, despite successfully completing multiple rounds in both campaigns, I didn’t receive a single additional point afterward. I’m convinced this is intentional. Why advertise point-based mini-games if you have no plans to actually reward users?
This kind of misleading promotion damages the trust users place in your platform. I demand that Toluna immediately review these campaigns and credit the points I rightfully earned. If you're going to run engagement games, they must be fair and transparent—not just gimmicks to keep users clicking for nothing.
