Tod TV Password Reset Link Leads Straight to a 404 Error Page

When I try to reset my password on the Tod TV mobile app, I receive a link via email, but when I click on this link, the page that opens leads to a 404 error page, and I can't reset my password. This problem has been going on for about an hour, and I'm unable to access my account.
Even though I contacted live support, my issue wasn't resolved and no lasting solution was offered. The email address linked to my account is: n**********@hotmail.com.
I am requesting that my password be properly reset by the system and that my access to my account be restored, and I also request that the technical issue causing this 404 error be permanently fixed.
