Tod TV Missing Package Content

I recently purchased the 1 Year Formula 1 Package from TOD Tv this week in Türkiye. On the sales page of this package, it is clearly stated that Paramount and world-famous movies and series are included in the content. However, after purchasing and activating the package, the movies that are shown as included in the description cannot be watched. In practice, the content that was promised on the site and persuaded me to buy the package is not actually accessible in my account. My customer number for this purchase is 27623913. I request that all the promised content, including Paramount and the listed world-famous movies and series, be fully and promptly activated in my package, or that a suitable solution be provided so that I can use the service exactly as advertised.

"After writing here, the problem was not resolved, so I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Four days later, I received a call from todtv and they identified the correct package. The issue is now resolved. The source of the problem is that after purchasing a package from the todtv.com.tr website, if you click on other packages and examine them, your package suddenly changes; the company needs to check its website."
