On the betting site Tipico, the money I won from my account with the username “Hursit11@” has not been paid to me for a long time. The site has failed to transfer my total winnings of approximately $63 to my account.

Even though I contact live support every time and explain the situation, they keep giving the same response and continue to delay me by saying “it will be paid.” However, they never provide a specific date, and no actual payment is made. I experience the same issue almost every day and am left waiting without receiving my winnings.

I demand that the money I earned be paid to my account in full as soon as possible and that a clear explanation be provided regarding this ongoing payment issue.
