Tineco A10 Stopped Working – Refund Issued

I purchased a Tineco A10, and after 1.5 years, the device malfunctioned. I sent it in for warranty repair, but instead of fixing it, they declared it irreparable and issued a refund. However, I did not request a refund—I want a replacement!

Since December 25, 2024, I have been trying to get a clear answer about replacing my device, but I have received no response or resolution. I have wasted a lot of time on this issue, and I still don’t have a working product.

Tineco, I demand a replacement, not a refund! Has anyone else experienced this? Why is it so hard to get proper customer service? I expect an immediate solution!
