Tinder Shows No Profile Cards From Day One and Won't Let Me Delete My Account Either

I downloaded Tinder from the App Store about two to three weeks ago, and from the very first day I opened my account, no profile cards have appeared at all. I can't use the app normally — I simply can't see anyone.
On top of that, whenever I try to delete my account, I keep getting error prompts and can't complete the process. When I reached out for help through the app, I never received any response. My account is registered under the email address An********@gmail.com.
I am asking Tinder to manually and permanently delete the account associated with this email address and to follow up with me directly confirming that it has been done.
