Tinder Has Taken My Money Twice and Will Not Return it

I recently spent 170 TL on a Tinder Platinum membership, only to be offered an upgrade to a Gold membership for only 85TL. I accepted the offer but unfortunately, they charged me the full amount of 256 TL instead. Now, not only am I still stuck with the same Platinum membership but also out of pocket since they haven't refunded me either! I may have sent them a photo of my bank's payment receipt in hopes that they would correct their mistake and either give me back my money or upgrade me to the Gold package as promised, yet here I am asking again. So either upgrade my membership to the Gold package with a difference of just 85 TL like what was promised or refund me for the full amount taken – 256 TL.
