I Face No Matches Despite Tinder Plus and Gold Subscription

I recently purchased both Tinder Plus and Tinder Gold memberships through Google Play, paying a total of ₺1000 with my bank card. However, despite paying for these premium services, I cannot get any matches or conversations in the app. The application itself runs normally, but it delivers no actual results, which makes the subscriptions useless.

I currently live in Hatay, İskenderun, and my account is registered with my phone number. This situation has caused me frustration and feels like a waste of money.

I request that Tinder either fix this technical issue so that my premium features work as advertised, or issue a full refund of ₺1000 that I paid. Paying customers should not be left without the promised benefits of the service.
