I Can’t Access My Tinder Account Due to Face Verification Review Delay
Out of nowhere, Tinder logged me out of my account. When I tried to log back in, it prompted me for facial recognition. I followed the instructions and submitted my selfie for verification, but for over 24 hours now, the app has been stuck saying “Selfie under review.” I still can’t access my account.
This is extremely frustrating, especially considering I paid for the Prime feature, which I’m now unable to use at all. I expected better from a global platform like Tinder. There’s no live support, no update, and no way to track what’s going on. How can you take users' money for premium features and then lock them out without a solution?
I demand that my selfie review be completed immediately and my account access restored. This delay is unacceptable, and I will consider escalating the issue publicly and through consumer protection channels if it's not resolved right away.
