I Face a Tinder Account Ban Without Any Reason or Warning

I haven’t been able to access my Tinder account for a year. My account was suddenly banned without any explanation, and when I try to log in, I get the message: “Your account has been banned.” At the time, I had an active subscription, which I later canceled, and I had paid approximately ₺200. However, since there’s no way to contact customer support, I’ve been unable to get any help regarding this issue.
My account is linked to the email address b**********@gmail.com**. I live in Istanbul and have tried logging in from several different devices, but nothing changed. Before my account was banned, I never received any warning or notification about a policy violation.
I request that my account be reinstated and that my loss be properly compensated.
