Since February 2024, my Tinder account has been banned without any explanation. I had an active Tinder Plus subscription at the time, which I canceled after the ban. When I try to log in, I receive the following message:
“You can no longer use Tinder or create a new account. If you subscribed using your iPhone or Android device, you must cancel your subscription yourself. If you believe this message was sent in error or want to appeal this decision, please visit the Appeal Center.”
Despite submitting multiple appeals and contacting Tinder’s customer support several times, I haven’t received any response, and my issue remains unresolved. I haven’t violated any rules, yet my account was banned without any stated reason, which has caused me significant inconvenience.
I request that my account linked to ba…@hotmail.com be reviewed, reactivated, and that a clear explanation be provided for the ban.
