Timberland Gore-Tex Hiking Shoes Leak Water Despite Waterproof Guarantee

I purchased Men's Lincoln Peak Gore-Tex Black hiking shoes from Timberland.com (order number: 459677). Even though the product features Gore-Tex technology and is supposed to be waterproof, it leaks water at my toes and gets my feet wet when I walk in the rain.

Since I purchased the shoes over two years ago, no action was taken on the grounds that the two-year warranty period had expired. However, experiencing a water leakage issue in a product that specifically promises waterproofness—like Gore-Tex—makes me feel that the product failed to deliver on its commitment. Furthermore, I have been using another Gore-Tex shoe from a different brand for eight years without any issues, making this situation with the Timberland Gore-Tex shoes a huge disappointment.

Therefore, taking the problem I experienced into consideration, I demand that my shoes be replaced with a new pair.
