Timberland Boots Marked Delivered But Not Received

I ordered a pair of Timberland boots to be delivered to Marseille, France, and I have now been waiting for my package for over four weeks. According to the tracking information, the parcel with reference 190028-649430 and ending in 718 is shown as delivered to my boss, but neither I nor my boss can find the package anywhere. I paid 28.93 for these boots, and despite the tracking status saying “delivered,” I have not received the item. I sent an email to Timberland about this problem, but I have not received any response so far. I request that Timberland urgently investigate this shipment, locate my package, and ensure it is delivered to me as soon as possible, or clearly explain where it was delivered and to whom, so that I can receive the product I paid for.
